Verify Unique Reference Code (URC)
To protect the integrity of official communications issued in the name of GK Dutta (Gopika Kanta Dutta), a Unique Reference Code (URC)(e.g., 16240-9XX4-0XXX1)system has been introduced with effect from 01 June 2026.
Every official letter, application, email, notice, or communication now carries a unique 14-digit alphanumeric URC for authentication and verification.
Any document or message without a valid URC, or one that fails verification, should be considered unauthorized and invalid.

Trust only verified communications. Verification helps prevent fraud, misinformation, and unauthorized use of official correspondence.

জি কে দত্ত (গোপিকা কান্ত দত্ত)-এর নামে জারি করা সকল আনুষ্ঠানিক যোগাযোগের সত্যতা, স্বচ্ছতা ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে ইউনিক রেফারেন্স কোড (URC)(e.g., 16240-9XX4-0XXX1) ব্যবস্থা ০১ জুন ২০২৬ থেকে চালু করা হয়েছে।
এখন থেকে প্রতিটি অফিসিয়াল চিঠি, আবেদনপত্র, ই-মেইল, নোটিশ বা অন্যান্য যোগাযোগের সঙ্গে একটি স্বতন্ত্র ১৪-সংখ্যার আলফানিউমেরিক URC থাকবে, যা যাচাইযোগ্য।
বৈধ URC ছাড়া বা যাচাইয়ে ব্যর্থ কোনো যোগাযোগকে অননুমোদিত ও অবৈধ হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
শুধুমাত্র যাচাইকৃত যোগাযোগের উপর আস্থা রাখুন। URC যাচাই প্রতারণা, বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য এবং অননুমোদিত যোগাযোগ প্রতিরোধে সহায়তা করে।
