"নাগরিক | জিকে" পোর্টাল (https://nagarik.gopikakantadutta.in/) শ্রী গোপিকা কান্ত দত্ত (জি.কে. দত্ত) কর্তৃক প্রতিষ্ঠিত একটি স্বাধীন জনতথ্য ও নাগরিক সচেতনতামূলক ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম। এর উদ্দেশ্য হলো উত্তর ত্রিপুরা জেলার যুবরাজনগর আর.ডি. ব্লকের অন্তরগত শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত ও যুবরাজনগর পঞ্চায়েত সমিতি, এর শাসনব্যবস্থা ও কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কিত স্বচ্ছতা, জবাবদিহিতা, নাগরিক অংশগ্রহণ এবং নাগরিক অধিকার সম্পর্কে জনসচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা।
এই পোর্টালে তথ্যের অধিকার আইন, ২০০৫-এর অধীনে সংগৃহীত তথ্য, নথি ও জনস্বার্থসংশ্লিষ্ট উপকরণ বিনামূল্যে প্রকাশ করা হয়। এছাড়াও, উক্ত আইনের ধারা ৪-এ বর্ণিত সুয়ো-মোটো (Proactive Disclosure) নীতির আলোকে সরকারি নির্দেশিকা, আইনগত তথ্য, গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত-সংক্রান্ত আয়-ব্যায়ের তথ্য এবং নাগরিক সচেতনতামূলক বিষয়বস্তু জনসাধারণের জন্য সহজলভ্য করার প্রচেষ্টায় পরিচালনা করার চেষ্টা করা হচ্ছে।
এই পোর্টালটি শ্রী গোপিকা কান্ত দত্ত-এর নির্দেশনায় টিম অফ জিকে (ORM & PR Team of GK Dutta) কর্তৃক স্বাধীনভাবে পরিচালিত হয়। এটি কোনো সরকারি দপ্তর, গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত, পঞ্চায়েত সমিতি, সংবিধিবদ্ধ কর্তৃপক্ষ, রাজনৈতিক দল বা অন্য কোনো সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের সরকারি ওয়েবসাইট নয় এবং স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে তাদের পক্ষে প্রতিনিধিত্ব বা বক্তব্য প্রদান করে না।

The "নাগরিক | জিকে" Portal (https://nagarik.gopikakantadutta.in/) has been established by Sri Gopika Kanta Dutta (GK Dutta) as an independent public information and citizen awareness platform to promote transparency, accountability, democratic participation, and awareness of citizens' rights concerning the functioning of Sripur Gram Panchayat and Jubarajnagar Panchayat Samiti under Jubarajnagar RD Block, North Tripura.
The Portal provides free public access to information, documents, and resources collected under the Right to Information Act, 2005, with particular emphasis on the principles of proactive (suo motu) disclosure under Section 4 of the Act. It also publishes governance updates, legal information, and public awareness materials in the larger public interest.
This Portal is independently operated under the guidance of Sri Gopika Kanta Dutta and managed by the Team of GK (ORM & PR Team of GK Dutta). It is not an official website of any Government Department, Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, statutory authority, political party, or public institution, and does not represent or act on behalf of any such entity unless expressly stated.
