Applicability
This Copyright Policy applies to all websites, blogs, verified social media accounts, digital platforms, online publications, and other digital properties managed, operated, maintained, published, or controlled by or on behalf of GK Dutta alias Gopika Kanta Dutta.
For the purposes of this Policy, “Verified Platform” means any digital platform, including a website, social networking account, blog, page, channel, profile, or other online property that has been created, maintained, administered, or officially managed by GK Dutta, his authorised team, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, group entities, officers, directors, agents, employees, or authorised representatives.
All activities involving copyrighted materials made available through such platforms are subject to this Copyright Policy and any other applicable terms, notices, or policies published on the relevant platform.
OWNERSHIP OF COPYRIGHT
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content published on GK Dutta’s websites, blogs, and digital platforms are owned by Gopika Kanta Dutta, also referred to as GK Dutta, or are used with lawful permission or under an applicable licence.
Such materials may include, without limitation:
- Text and written content;
- Articles, publications, documents, and original works;
- Computer code and website code;
- Graphics, artwork, designs, and illustrations;
- Photographs and images;
- Logos, marks, and visual identity materials;
- Music and audio materials;
- Videos and audio-visual materials;
- Infographics, presentations, and digital publications; and
- Other original or licensed content made available through the platforms.
Nothing contained on any GK Dutta platform shall be interpreted as transferring ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights to any visitor, user, or third party.
COPYRIGHT LICENCE
Subject to this Copyright Policy, GK Dutta grants visitors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable and limited licence to:
- View the website and its publicly available materials on a computer, mobile device, tablet, or other compatible device through a web browser;
- Temporarily copy and store publicly available website materials in browser cache memory as part of ordinary web browsing; and
- Print or download reasonable portions of publicly available pages solely for personal, private, informational, and non-commercial use.
This limited licence does not grant any ownership interest or any other rights in the website or its content.
All rights not expressly granted under this Policy are reserved by GK Dutta and/or the applicable copyright owner.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Unless prior written permission has been obtained from GK Dutta or the applicable copyright owner, you must not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:
- Reproduce substantial portions of copyrighted materials;
- Copy, modify, adapt, edit, transform, or create derivative works from the materials;
- Publish or republish the materials;
- Distribute or redistribute the materials;
- Commercially exploit the materials;
- Sell, licence, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the materials;
- Systematically reproduce or archive the materials;
- Broadcast, rebroadcast, publicly display, perform, or communicate the materials to the public; or
- Use the materials in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, authorship, or official association with GK Dutta.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable Indian law, including any applicable statutory exceptions, fair dealing provisions, or other legally recognised rights.
DATA MINING AND AUTOMATED COLLECTION
The automated and/or systematic collection, extraction, scraping, harvesting, copying, indexing, downloading, or aggregation of data or content from GK Dutta’s websites and digital platforms is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
This restriction includes systematic collection of website content, text, images, documents, databases, metadata, or other materials for commercial, competitive, training, archival, or automated-processing purposes where such activity is not otherwise legally permitted.
PERMISSIONS
Requests for permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, commercially use, or otherwise use copyrighted materials owned or controlled by GK Dutta should be submitted in writing.

Permission to use one item or one platform does not automatically constitute permission to use other copyrighted materials.

GK Dutta takes the protection of copyright and intellectual property rights seriously.
Where copyrighted materials are used without permission or otherwise in violation of this Policy, GK Dutta may take appropriate action available under applicable law.
Depending upon the circumstances, available remedies may include seeking removal or cessation of the unauthorised use, injunctive relief, monetary damages, compensation, recovery of applicable costs, or other remedies available under law.
Nothing in this Policy constitutes a waiver of any rights or remedies available to GK Dutta or any other applicable copyright owner.
REPORTING SUSPECTED INFRINGEMENT OF GK DUTTA MATERIALS
If you become aware of any unauthorised use, reproduction, publication, distribution, or other exploitation of materials that you believe are owned or controlled by GK Dutta, please report the matter in writing.

- The copyrighted material concerned;
- The location or URL where the material appears;
- The nature of the suspected unauthorised use; and
- Any other relevant information that may assist in reviewing the matter.
REPORTING MATERIAL THAT MAY INFRINGE THIRD-PARTY COPYRIGHT
If you believe that material published on a GK Dutta website or digital platform infringes your copyright or the copyright of another person or organisation, please notify:
The report should identify the allegedly infringing material and provide sufficient information to enable the matter to be reviewed.
GK Dutta may review and, where appropriate, take reasonable action in response to a valid copyright complaint.
THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
Certain materials appearing on GK Dutta’s websites, blogs, social media accounts, or other digital platforms may belong to third parties or may be used under permission, licence, attribution, fair dealing, embedding arrangements, or other lawful basis.
Ownership of such third-party materials remains with their respective copyright owners.
Unauthorised use of third-party materials may be subject to the terms and rights of their respective owners.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All rights relating to copyrighted materials owned or controlled by GK Dutta are expressly reserved unless specifically granted under this Policy or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Copyright Policy shall be interpreted as granting an implied licence, assignment, transfer, waiver, or other right beyond the limited permissions expressly stated herein.
