LINKING POLICY
Applicable to all websites, blogs, social media accounts, and digital platforms managed or operated by or on behalf of GK Dutta alias Gopika Kanta Dutta.
1. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
This Linking Policy applies to all websites, blogs, social media accounts, social networking profiles, digital platforms, online publications, channels, pages, applications, and other digital properties that are managed, operated, maintained, controlled, authorized, or otherwise administered by or on behalf of GK Dutta (Gopika Kanta Dutta).

GK Dutta welcomes appropriate and lawful links to Official Platforms, provided that such links comply with this Linking Policy and do not create a false, misleading, unauthorized, or confusing association.

By creating, maintaining, or using a link to an Official Platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the applicable provisions of this Policy.

- Not be placed on websites or platforms containing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material, where such placement could reasonably imply an association with GK Dutta.

The URL structure, pages, domains, sub-domains, and digital architecture of Official Platforms may change from time to time. Users should therefore avoid relying on outdated or obsolete URLs where an updated destination has been published.
4. USE OF GK DUTTA NAME, LOGO, TRADEMARKS, AND BRANDING
A link to an Official Platform does not, by itself, grant permission to use the name GK Dutta, Gopika Kanta Dutta, any associated logo, trademark, service mark, brand identity, graphic, photograph, design, or other intellectual property.

- Circumvent technical, security, access-control, or other measures implemented by an Official Platform.
Any permission granted for linking may be withdrawn at any time where GK Dutta reasonably considers that the link is inappropriate, misleading, unauthorized, harmful, or inconsistent with this Policy.
6. LINKS FROM OFFICIAL PLATFORMS
Official Platforms may contain links to websites, services, applications, social-media platforms, resources, or other digital properties operated by third parties.
Such links may be provided for convenience, reference, information, accessibility, public-interest, educational, professional, or other legitimate purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the presence of a third-party link does not constitute or imply:
- An endorsement;
- A recommendation;
- A sponsorship;
- An affiliation;
- An authorization;
- A partnership; or
- Any other formal relationship with the third party.
GK Dutta does not control third-party websites or platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, products, services, advertisements, or activities.

7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND DESTINATIONS
Where an Official Platform provides a link to a third-party website, the third-party website remains under the control and responsibility of its respective owner or operator.
GK Dutta does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, security, availability, or continued accessibility of third-party content.
GK Dutta shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, liability, claim, or other consequence arising from or relating to a user's access to or use of a third-party website or service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. REQUESTS FOR REMOVAL OF LINKS
If GK Dutta requests the removal of a link to an Official Platform that is within your control, you agree to remove or disable the link promptly, subject to applicable law.

9. LINKS TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL PLATFORMS
Links to Official Social Media Accounts and other digital platforms must not be used in a manner that:
- Falsely represents the account as being operated by another person;
- Creates confusion regarding the official status of an account;
- Suggests an unauthorized endorsement or relationship;
- Misuses GK Dutta's name, identity, branding, or intellectual property; or
- Facilitates impersonation, fraud, phishing, spam, or other unlawful activity.
Only accounts and platforms identified or otherwise recognized through Official Platforms should be treated as officially associated with GK Dutta.
10. NO UNAUTHORIZED ASSOCIATION
A link to an Official Platform does not establish a partnership, agency, employment relationship, joint venture, sponsorship, endorsement, representation, license, or other legal relationship between the linking party and GK Dutta.
No person or organization may represent, expressly or implicitly, that it is authorized to act on behalf of GK Dutta solely because it links to an Official Platform.

- Creates an unreasonable technical burden;
- Attempts unauthorized access; or
- Facilitates fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
GK Dutta may take reasonable technical or legal measures against unauthorized or harmful linking activity.
13. CHANGES TO THIS LINKING POLICY
GK Dutta may revise, update, amend, replace, or otherwise modify this Linking Policy at any time.
Any updated version may be published on an Official Platform and will become effective upon publication or on such later date as may be specified in the updated Policy.

14. GOVERNING LAW
This Linking Policy shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
