ANTI-SPAM POLICY
Effective Scope: This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all websites, blogs, social media accounts, online profiles, communication channels, digital services, and other digital platforms managed, operated, maintained, administered, or otherwise controlled by or on behalf of GK Dutta alias Gopika Kanta Dutta.
This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all verified and officially associated digital platforms of GK Dutta (Gopika Kanta Dutta). The prohibition applies regardless of whether the communication is sent for commercial, promotional, political, personal, charitable, informational, or other purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of any communication facility complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and the rights of recipients.

UNAUTHORISED USE OF GK DUTTA'S IDENTITY
No person may use the name, identity, branding, contact details, digital accounts, websites, communication systems, or other identifiers associated with GK Dutta alias Gopika Kanta Dutta to send spam, fraudulent communications, malicious messages, deceptive content, or unauthorised bulk communications.

NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY
The publication or use of an email address, contact form, messaging facility, social-media account, or other communication channel does not guarantee that every communication will be received, read, delivered, retained, or responded to.
Communications may be delayed, filtered, rejected, blocked, quarantined, or otherwise affected by technical systems, security controls, third-party service providers, network conditions, recipient settings, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this Anti-Spam Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights, obligations, remedies, or protections available under applicable law.
All users and visitors are expected to use GK Dutta's digital platforms and communication facilities in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner.
Where required, suspected unlawful or abusive communications may be referred to the appropriate service provider, platform operator, regulatory authority, or law-enforcement agency.
