বুংনাং প্রাথমিক স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্রের এক নার্সিং কর্মীকে ঘিরে ৩০ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে উত্থাপিত অভিযোগের বিষয়ে ২ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত এলাকার বাসিন্দা গোপিকা কান্ত দত্ত উত্তর ত্রিপুরার মুখ্য স্বাস্থ্য আধিকারিক (Chief Medical Officer) এবং রোগী কল্যাণ সমিতি (Rogi Kalyan Samiti), বুংনাং প্রাথমিক স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্র, শ্রীপুর, ধর্মনগর, উত্তর ত্রিপুরার চেয়ারম্যানের নিকট একটি লিখিত অভিযোগ দাখিল করেছিলেন।
উক্ত অভিযোগের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে বিষয়টি সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের নজরে আনা হয় এবং নিরপেক্ষভাবে বিষয়টি বিবেচনা করার জন্য আবেদন জানানো হয়েছিল।
পরবর্তীতে আজ, ১৩ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে, বিষয়টি শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের উদ্যোগ ও মধ্যস্থতায় আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণভাবে নিষ্পত্তি হয়েছে। সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষগুলোর মধ্যে বিষয়টি নিয়ে সমঝোতা ও পারস্পরিকভাবে মীমাংসা হয়েছে।
এই মীমাংসার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে পূর্বে উত্থাপিত অভিযোগকে কেন্দ্র করে কোনো ধরনের বিরোধ বা উত্তেজনা অব্যাহত রাখার প্রয়োজন নেই। সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল পক্ষের মধ্যে শান্তিপূর্ণ ও সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণ পরিবেশ বজায় রাখাই এখন প্রত্যাশিত।
গোপিকা কান্ত দত্তের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হচ্ছে যে, বিষয়টি যেহেতু শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের মাধ্যমে সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণভাবে নিষ্পত্তি হয়েছে, তাই পারস্পরিক শান্তি, সম্প্রীতি ও সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখার স্বার্থে বিষয়টিকে এখানেই সমাপ্ত বলে গণ্য করা হচ্ছে।
একই সঙ্গে, ভবিষ্যতে কোনো সরকারি স্বাস্থ্যকেন্দ্রে রোগী ও তাঁদের পরিবারের সদস্যদের সঙ্গে যাতে সম্মানজনক, সহানুভূতিশীল ও দায়িত্বশীল আচরণ নিশ্চিত হয়, সে বিষয়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের সচেতন ও সহযোগিতামূলক ভূমিকা প্রত্যাশিত।
PR Statement: Regarding the Amicable Settlement of the Complaint Against a Nursing Staff Member of Bungnang PHC!
Regarding the complaint raised on 30 August 2026 against a nursing staff member of Bungnang Primary Health Centre, Gopika Kanta Dutta, a resident of the Sripur Gram Panchayat area, submitted a written complaint on 2 September 2026 to the Chief Medical Officer, North Tripura, and the Chairman of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti (Rogi Kalyan Samiti), Bungnang Primary Health Centre, Sripur, Dharmanagar, North Tripura.
In connection with the said complaint, the matter was brought to the notice of the concerned authorities, with a request to consider the matter impartially.
Subsequently, today, 13 September 2026, the matter has been amicably settled through discussions under the initiative and mediation of Sripur Gram Panchayat. The matter has been mutually resolved and settled between the concerned parties.
In view of this settlement, there is no need for any further dispute or tension regarding the complaint raised earlier. It is now expected that a peaceful and cordial environment will be maintained among all concerned parties.
On behalf of Gopika Kanta Dutta, it is stated that since the matter has been amicably settled through Sripur Gram Panchayat, the matter is considered closed here in the interest of maintaining mutual peace, harmony and good relations.
At the same time, it is expected that all concerned will remain aware and cooperative so that patients and their family members are treated with respect, sensitivity and responsibility at government health centres in the future.
